Jennifer L. Watt focuses her practice in all aspects of surety, fidelity and commercial litigation. She is responsible for handling a variety of litigation matters and has experience litigating complex legal issues in federal and state courts throughout the mid-west, including Illinois, Indiana, and Minnesota.

Ms. Watt received her Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of technology in Chicago, Illinois, in 2003.  While at the Chicago-Kent School of Law, Jennifer Watt was a member of the International Moot Court Honor Society and was awarded the Best Team Memorial at the Niagara Cup Moot. She also participated in the prestigious Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna, Austria.  Additionally, Ms. Watt participated on two law reviews while at Kent, the Journal of Intellectual Property and the Journal of International and Comparative Law.
